Urban Real Estate
Research has performed several consulting assignments for a variety of
organizations. In particular, we have advised the Metropolitan
Rail (METRA) pertaining to the use of commercial areas for the downtown
passenger stations. I addition, Urban has written consulting
reports for the Chicago and Northeast Illinois District Council of
Carpenters for their retail and commercial holdings in the greater
Chicagoland area. These assignments dealt with the Highest and
Best Use analysis, lease analysis of competing properties and detailed
analysis of commercial activities in the immediate surrounding areas.
